California is offering Home-Owners a rebate on QUALIFIED Lawn Replacements. This replacement has to meet specific Ecological requirements including NATIVE PLANTS, WATER RETENTION, DROUGHT TOLERANCE and MORE.
EcoPico takes all of the hassle out of meeting these requirements so that you don’t have to do any extra work and ALL COST IS COVERED BY THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA.
Step 1: Get Qualified
One of our representatives will walk you through process of applying for a Lawn Replacement Rebate. All we would need from you is a copy of your latest water-bill and permission to take pictures of the area that will be replaced.
Step 2: Design & Quote
During our initial survey of the yard we will discuss the various desires and concerns you may have about your landscape. We will create a design that best fits your space, needs and Budget and present it along with the final cost of the project. Step 3: Approval & Lawn Removal
Once we have a final design and are approved for a rebate we can start working on your landscape. At this time we will be taking a Deposit and removing the existing sod from the specified area. Depending on the method chosen this process can take 1 day or several months. We will also remove any weeds that have grown in the area so we can have a good start for your new Landscaping.
Step 4: Installation & Rebate Approval
Finally we will install your new landscape according to the design you approved. Once all essential elements are installed we can apply for rebate confirmation. Once Confirmed, EcoPico will finish the details of your Landscape and collect final Payment. And you will receive a check for amount of the rebate in the mail.
